JASON DOWNS
You know Jason Downs the singer songwriter, but you may not know that Jason’s earliest performances were as an actor. He’s been acting since the age of nine and has appeared in the films Hairspray, Clara's Heart and Come Lovely, which he also produced.
After spending a few years touring Europe as an artist on Jive Records, Jason again opted to spend a little time on the big screen while conceiving of, writing and recording his third album. He starred in a feature film entitled Racing Daylight alongside Academy Award nominees David Strathairn and Melissa Leo which was released in December 2008 as well as a supporting role in Gospel Hill with Danny Glover, Samuel L. Jackson, Angela Bassett and Julia Stiles released in February 2009.
Most recently he starred in the film Whisper Me A Lullaby as well as two short films, Seed and The Regular, which are yet to be released.
Jason is an American performer of Cherokee, Dutch, Irish and Scottish descent. He has released two albums on Jive Records overseas, White Boy With A Feather (which was a top 20 hit) and The Spin. He has also released "White Boy With a Feather", "Revenue", "Cherokee", "Trippin'", "Shut Up (Let's Hook Up)", and the remake of the Harry Chapin classic, "Cat's in the Cradle" as CD singles. As a music artist he appeared in many British variety shows including Top of the Pops, CD:UK, MTV and The Big Breakfast.
His latest album, Dark Son, is produced by legendary Grammy winner Malcolm Burn.

DAVIS HALL In two short films currently winning film festival awards: "Knife Point" & "Bohemibot." Recently on "As the World Turns."Has appeared on TV, films in a heck of a lot of plays in New York, across the country and in England.
Born in Atlanta, graduated from Northwestern. Married to costume designer, Ingrid Price, whom he met as a Guest Artist playing Hamlet at FSU.

MIKHAIL HOROWITZ Is a poet, performer, parodist and playwright who lives in the Catskills and whose day gig is impersonating an editor at Bard College. He is a member of Actors & Writers, a Hudson Valley–based company of theater, film, and TV professionals. His short play Mere Vessels was performed by Stageworks/Hudson in 2005; another short play, We Cannot Know the Mind of God, received a staged reading at Makor-Steinhardt Center in New York City and has since been performed at numerous venues all over the country and in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is the author of Big League Poets (City Lights, 1978) and two collections of poetry, and his spoken word pieces, jazz fables, and song parodies have been featured on ten CDs, including The Blues of the Birth (Sundazed Records).
DAVID SMILOW David's show business career began on his first birthday, when his father turned a movie camera on him and he walked – for the first time. Yes, the instinct for public improvisation runs deep in this Ulster County actor and writer (where he’s also a member of Actors & Writers.)
Over the years, David’s written for film, stage and television. His work on the latter has garnered two Emmys, and two Writers Guild Awards, while his short plays have received productions literally across the globe. As an actor, he’s appeared in scores of readings, a handful of films, and stage productions ranging from Don DeLillo’s “Valparaiso” to “Hedda Gabler.”
NICOLE QUINN Is an award winning writer/director. She’s written for John Singleton, Jodie Foster, HBO, Showtime and network television. RACING DAYLIGHT starring Academy Award nominees Melissa Leo and David Strathairn, won several Best Feature awards including the Womens’ International Film Festival (Miami) and Women in Film Finishing Funds. The film is distributed worldwide by Vanguard Cinema International and is a 2009 Spiritual Cinema Circle international selection. “The Man with the Watch” is included in the local anthology Prima Materia vol 1. “He Said/She Said” was commissioned by Vassar College, Children’s Media Project, and the City of Poughkeespsie; currently in use as sexual assault and violence prevention tool for college freshman. Information was performed at Queens College, the 2006 Samuel French New Play Festival, and anthologized in Great Short Plays, vol 3, Playscripts, Inc. The Spirit is Willing is excerpted in Best Stage Scenes of 2007 (Smith&Kraus) and anthologized in “Take Ten” (Viking Originals). War at Home; Students Respond to September 11th co-written with Nina Shengold and some 40 local students and Community members is performed at high schools and colleges around the world.
