How Project Coaching Works

Doug Motel’s Project Coaching practice provides highly effective brainstorming skills, along with accountability to facilitate the completion of creative or business projects. If you have a specific goal in mind or even if you need assistance in clarifying what you want to accomplish, Project Coaching can help.

Through weekly telephone calls*, usually 30 minutes in length, Doug will help you to clarify the mission and purpose of your project, break it down into realistic “bite sized bits”, schedule the to-do items and milestones then lead you through the process of completing or revising them.

Doug uses a very simple to use, web based project management software called Base Camp (cost is included in the coaching fee) to organize your actions steps and deadlines so that you can monitor your process from the internet at any time. To see a screen shot of the Base Camp application click here.

* Some businesses may require more than one call per week. Group coaching with team members who are at different locations may require use of a call-in bridge line at no extra cost.
